The cluster species effect on the noble gas cluster interaction with solid surfaces

چکیده
The effect of noble gas cluster species on the interaction with solid surfaces was investigated. Processes Ar, Kr and Xe clusters Cu Mo were studied using molecular dynamics simulations. It is shown that lighter front atoms undergo more backscattering from surface atoms, causing intense multiple collisions between atoms. This affects penetration, energy exchange thermalization. influence per atom these effects discussed.
